Organizations showcasing multiple occupations must submit a separate 2023 Exhibitor Participation Form for each occupation/exhibit. Forms will be accepted through September 8, 2023 on a first-come first-served basis until the career quadrant is filled.

One (1) 8 ft skirted table, One (1) wastebasket, Two (2) folding chairs, Power (110 V), Wifi (only for exhibitors).

For any additional needs, you will be given a separate order form through Art Craft Display. Details for ordering will be provided at a later date.

Note: Standard draping between exhibits will be provided. Additional draping needed within your booth can be ordered through Art Craft Display.

Please provide a high-resolution copy of your organization’s logo for our use in preparing exhibits, signage, and other event marketing purposes.

Will develop and staff an interactive demonstration representing the occupation listed above for MiCareerQuest Southeast on November 14, 2023, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Mich.

Must complete set-up during its assigned time on November 13, 2023. The allotted time will be provided one month prior to the event.

Is responsible for any additional items needed for their display.

Must obtain approval for the above plans from the project manager. The project manager will then review the plans with the event venue, no later than September 19, 2023. Any changes must be provided to project manager in written form at least one month prior to event.

Must sign the 2023 Exhibitor Participation Agreement, which outlines the rules and regulations for exhibits.

Must have adequate insurance (listing Oakland County as an insured party) for November 13, 2023 and November 14, 2023. Insurance requirements will be provided in the 2023 Exhibitor Participation Agreement that an Exhibitor will receive from Oakland County, to be signed by both parties. (PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors will not have to submit proof of insurance this year unless requested.)
